Ms. Constantine is the CEO of CoSolutions, Inc. and has primary responsibility for shaping the strategic direction of the Company which includes overseeing revenue growth and retention and overall business development initiatives for the Company. Ms. Constantine has over 20 years of sales and marketing expertise working for such companies as Manugistics, Inc., Federal Express, and Peregrine Systems, Inc. She has worked with publicly traded and pre-IPO companies such as Freddie Mac, Dollar Tree Stores, Micros Systems, Inc., and Allied Capital Corp. to consult and advise them on investor relations and corporate communication strategies.

Ms. Constantine brings to CoSolutions over 10 years’ direct sales and marketing experience in the technology and software industry and has been instrumental in developing new business opportunities and strategic alliance partnerships for the company.

Ms. Constantine has a B.S. in Business Management from The University of Maryland in College Park, MD.

Walter Constantine, President and Founder

As President and Founder of CoSolutions, Inc., Mr. Constantine has primary oversight responsibility for the Company’s technology strategy, direction, and implementation. He has over 18 years of proven technology experience in management and consultant roles, specializing in Microsoft platform technologies. Mr. Constantine works closely with CoSolutions’ customers and business partners and hires and directs the Company’s technology employees and consultants to ensure that the services CoSolutions delivers its customers are of the highest quality and consistent with the Company’s overall high standards.

Mr. Constantine has worked with customers such as Barnes & Noble, Inc., e-Agent, Inc., Crown Castle International, PCTel, SmartTag, The Library of Congress, The Office of Secretary of Defense (DoD), and OrbImage.

Mr. Constantine has a B.S. in Computer Science from The University of New Brunswick in Canada and an M.S. in Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD.
